Church Bulletin

WELCOME TO OUR WORSHIP SERVICE

Epiphany “Yes! Let it be declared”            January 7, 2018 – 10:45 a.m.

Focus Statement: It’s so easy to think that Christmas is over and now we are moving on, but Christ's presence among us empowers us to bring about God's kingdom here and now. Drawn by the light, we are sent forth in a new direction. In Christ, the church, becomes equipped to be God's illuminating presence in the world. So arise, and shine, for the mystery of Christ is revealed in us!

GATHERING  AS  GOD'S  PEOPLE

Prelude

Welcome and Call to Worship

Leader: Yes! The light is here. We carry it within us.

All: It is the star of the East; it is the morning sun.

Leader: It is as long as the moon, throughout all generations.

All: Praise the Lord!

Leader: You, O God, have caused the mountains to shake. You have torn open the heavens, and your glory reaches the earth.

The aim is to create opportunity to come together on a monthly basis from Feb. to May to share a meal and get to know each other better.
