Manigotagan Ministry Update:

After thoroughly examining our options, we have decided to cancel the DVBS program at Manigotagan this summer. Various alternatives for DVBS 2019 are under consideration. Given SMC’s 50-year history with Manigotagan, we would still like to connect with the families – informally on Sat. Aug. 25th and for worship at Manigotagan Community Fellowship on Sun. Aug. 26th. A new sign-up sheet at the Welcome Centre outlines the volunteer positions that we are looking for to make this happen.
We especially thank all those who had signed up for our original plan. We put a significant challenge in your path and you rose to it admirably! Hopefully we can change direction and channel that willingness into the new plan. Questions may be directed to Lee Hiebert or Daryl Climenhaga.
