Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector

August 19th, 2018 – 10:45 a.m.

Focus Statement: In a world where many lack the good things we take for granted, we want to be, and need to be, both thankful and compassionate.  To be both simultaneously can be challenging.  How does Jesus help us with that?

Welcome and Lamp lighting

We light a light in the name of the God who creates life, the Son who loves life, and the Spirit who is the fire of life. Thanks be to God who unites us in our hope, faith and life.
