The Parable of the Talents

August 26th, 2018 – 10:45 a.m.

Focus Statement: The Parable of the Talents is still relevant in 2018. God has entrusted each of us with special abilities that we are expected to use. We’re invited to open and tend these gifts. How can we ensure that we are using what we have been given to further the Kingdom of God rather than burying our talents?

Welcome and Lamp lighting

We light a light in the name of the God who creates life, the Son who loves life, and the Spirit who is the fire of life. Thanks be to God who unites us in our hope, faith and life.
